Roasted so the beans have its full flavour of the unique Colombian beans. The sugarcane decaf is a safe way stripping of the cafeine within the coffee beans. It can even enhance the taste of the beans to a slightly sweeter note. Recommended roasting lightly and to enjoy using V60 drip.
We are a family run, micro roastery in Bridgend South Wales!
Roasting only Arabica, speciality grade coffee beans! (and occasionally two Robustas)
The coffee is sustainably sourced. Having direct links with the farmers assures us everyone is paid fairly. Traceability is key for our coffee supply.
