The country’s volcanic soil, high altitude and consistent rainfall contribute to the development of rich flavours and complex profiles in the coffee beans El Salvador coffee beans are known for their distinct nutty notes. These notes are often described as having a subtle sweetness and a smooth creamy texture. The nutty flavour profile can vary, with hints of almonds, hazelnuts or pecans. This flavour profile is highly sought after by coffee enthusiasts and is a characteristic of premium quality specialty coffee. Hints of Orange is also present in this roast, creating a fruity and nutty yet smooth cup! To ensure the highest quality, El Salvador coffee beans are carefully cultivated and processed. Farmers in El Salvador employ meticulous farming practices, including selective harvesting and hand -picking only the ripest cherries. This attention to detail ensures that only the best beans are selected for processing. After harvesting the coffee beans undergo a thorough processing method. This typically involves washing the beans to remove any impurities and then drying them either in the sun or using mechanical dryers. this process helps to preserve the unique flavours and aromas of the coffee beans.
