Ethiopia is considered the birthplace of coffee, and the country boasts a wide range of coffee varieties and growing regions. The Djimmah bean is a great one to try and blend together with other coffee origins as it has a well balanced flavour profile as well has being light enough to mix with a medium roasts. The Djimmah has notes of Red Wine & Mango
We are a family run, micro roastery in Bridgend South Wales!
Roasting only Arabica, speciality grade coffee beans! (and occasionally two Robustas)
The coffee is sustainably sourced. Having direct links with the farmers assures us everyone is paid fairly. Traceability is key for our coffee supply.
