Old Brown Java coffee, also known as aged Java coffee known for it's rich, smooth and full- bodied flavour profile. This type of coffee is aged for several years, allowing it to develop complex and matured flavours. This process gives Old Brown Java coffee a unique taste that sets it apart from the other coffees. When brewed we recommend using its as an espresso with tasting notes of bold earthy tones, hints of spice and tobacco. The aging process mellows out the acidity and enhances the coffee's body resulting in a smooth and velvety cup with a lingering finish. We recommend a dark roast to fully enjoy this coffee.

The coffee is sustainably sourced. Having direct links with the farmers assures us everyone is paid fairly. Traceability is key for our coffee supply.
