Our Peruvian coffee is roasted lightly and has a strength 2. It is known for its smooth and delicate flavour profile. The light roasting process enhances the coffee's bright acidity. Grown at high altitudes the Peru coffee beans develops their unique characteristics. The flavours notes of pomegranate, chocolate and raisins a well balanced clean taste experience.

Roasting only Arabica, speciality grade coffee beans! (and occasionally two Robustas)
The coffee is sustainably sourced. Having direct links with the farmers assures us everyone is paid fairly. Traceability is key for our coffee supply.
