Our Tanzanian coffee roasted lightly is characterised by its bright acidity, medium body and floral notes. The light roasting allows the coffee's hints of citrus, berries and subtle sweetness. Tanzanian coffees are known for their clean and crisp taste, with a refreshing finish. This light roast brings out the complexity of the coffee beans grown in rich soils of Tanzania, offering a delightful and vibrant cup of coffee.

Roasting only Arabica, speciality grade coffee beans! (and occasionally two Robustas)
The coffee is sustainably sourced. Having direct links with the farmers assures us everyone is paid fairly. Traceability is key for our coffee supply.
